Thank you for choosing Milton Keynes Marketing Ltd. We are a UK-based digital marketing agency providing digital goods and advertising services, including (but not limited to) SEO packages, PPC management, AI automation systems, digital downloads, and creative marketing materials.

Because our products and services are digital in nature and delivered electronically, our returns and refund policy differs from that of physical goods.


1. Digital Goods and Downloads

All sales of digital products (including software, calculators, templates, guides, video content, AI automation workflows, or downloadable materials) are final once the order has been processed and access has been granted.

However, we understand that issues can arise. Refunds may be considered under the following exceptional circumstances:

  • The digital file or product was never received due to a technical issue on our end.
  • The product is defective or corrupted, and we are unable to provide a functioning replacement within a reasonable timeframe.
  • You were charged in error or made a duplicate purchase.

2. Advertising and Marketing Services

For ongoing marketing or service-based contracts (e.g. SEO, PPC, AI Automation, or Social Media Management), returns are not applicable once work has commenced.
However, you may be entitled to a partial refund or service credit if:

  • The campaign or service has not yet started; or
  • There has been a clear billing or administrative error.

Each case is reviewed individually to ensure fairness.

3. Subscription Products and Renewals

If you have purchased a monthly or annual subscription to one of our digital tools or marketing automation products:

  • You can cancel at any time prior to your next billing date.
  • Refunds for partially used subscription periods are not typically issued, but may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis in line with UK consumer law.

4. Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after access has been granted or services have commenced.
  • Failure to implement or utilise the digital materials provided.
  • Results-based dissatisfaction (e.g. lower advertising performance or SEO outcomes), since results depend on multiple external factors.

5. How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund request, please include:

  • Your full name and order number
  • The email address used for purchase
  • A brief description of the issue
